I am offering to either rent my entire house or 3 rooms for co-living starting from December 23, 2023, until April 2024, in Bréhan (56580, in the center of Brittany).

I am leaving for a few months for an internship with my donkeys and my 2 dogs in Spain, and I entrust my house to you!

Animals are welcome.

It's a renovated farmhouse on 2222m2 of land with beautiful trees.

I am offering each room for 300€ + 50€ for utilities (water, electricity, wood, internet)

or the entire house for 800€ + 150€ for utilities.

The house is in a hamlet with about ten inhabitants, it's quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The villages of Bréhan and Rohan are 3km away (shops, cafes, walks around Rohan lake), the Abbey of Timadeuc is 4km away & the Nantes to Brest canal.
